Fay Spires, Forgotten Realms/ D&D, (2009.)

This is the home of Elves, gigantic old trees that can carry entire streets and archways. Sun beams try to get through the canopy, but disperse in fog before reaching the ground. Playing around with petals motifs, rose shapes, repetitive forms of petals and thorns, often 
combining into elven-made walkable structures and balconies. 
-feeling like a natural habitat for animals & plants 
-canopy is dense, only few rays breaching though 
-light is often bio-luminescent 
-could play with negative shapes contoured by gigantic tree trunks
